As the Visual Merchandising Lead Captain at FP Movement, I work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to bring monthly visual directives to life in our store. I dress forms and merchandise areas, including Trend, Performance, Casual, and Run Shop. When styling each space, I focus on outfit building, layering, color story, and product placement to showcase new collections and current brand priorities. I help adapt each directive to our store’s layout and available inventory while keeping the overall layout consistent with the brand’s aesthetic. Through this role, I have strengthened my skills in visual styling, collaboration, and merchandising while learning how thoughtful display plays into how customers see new products and make the store feel cohesive.
